I can certainly find a solution that isn't the nuclear option, Leo.

Your option so far has been telling us to go away while you wither away in a lab. How is that not the nuclear option. [He gives a frustrated sigh, starting to push himself to stand. Ready to smack Donnie if he takes a swing with a improvised weapon.]

I'm just asking you to actually let us help! Even if it's keeping us in the damn loop!

[Leonardo opens his mouth and closes it. He settles back in his seat. He listens and does not move from where he's planted his ass.]

I feel like I could ask you the same damn question, Donnie.

I listen, but it would help if you weren't saying nonsense!

[He brings his other hand up to his forehead, he's so hot it's ridiculous, that now he's shivering on top of everything else.]

You think everything I've ever said was nonsense. [He argues back, but swallows up any other commentary.]

If I sit down, you sit down.

If I really thought that? I would've left when you became leader of the resistance. [Just said so matter of factly, as well. When that happened Donnie really didn't have much of an investment outside of his brothers.

As to sitting? Not happening, he shall just lean harder on the table!]

You literally don't like anyone besides us. I'm your dumdum. [He bats back, aware their family is more than a little clingy.]

If you fall over, I won't be able to get you back up that easy.

[An annoyed huff at all of that.]

I did already, and of course it's not. But I'm not the one with a fucking hole in his chest!

I'll have you know, I'm airing out the goods. My organs need a bit of fresh air! [The sarcasm is a real one in chat tonight. He almost makes it sound convincing.]

[Says nothing, instead pushing himself off the table and leaving to go get something. He's not gone for too long, and he managed to not fall over, but returns with a blanket. Same one from when Casey was over, and proceeds to throw it at Leo's face.]

Yeah, no. You're resting.

[grabaslice]

[The older turtle releases a frustrated sound at Donnie leaving. He wants to rub at his face, but he is sure covered in blood. He has to keep his one good hand away from his face. No further contamination.

A new irritated sound escapes him when Donnie hits him square in the face with a blanket. He pulls it down to scowl at his twin.]

I can't rest any harder!

[notapancake]

I didn't say rest harder, you dingus. Just rest.

[As he flops his ass back on the ground and glares at Leo.]

[grabaslice]

[The urge to toss the blanket is an immense one. Leonardo opens his mouth, then closes it. Just tucking the blanket over himself in a very huffy manner.]

[be huffy all you like, Leo. Donnie's not going to relax until he knows you're settled and such.]

[grabaslice]

[There is a lot of huffing, puffing and grumbling, but Leonardo does eventually relax where he's seated. A silence settles over the two of them a Leo actually lets himself relax under the blanket.]

I miss you.

... Well you shouldn't.

[Said so matter of factly.]

[grabaslice]

Why? Why shouldn't I miss my only brother? [He challenges that easily enough.]
