Tomorrow will be better, much calmer too.

[Leonardo sticks close to Caduceus on the way back. Not inclined to get too far away. His world has been upended twice over today and the turtle wants to find some sense of peace.

He doesn't need to guard the cleric, but he can't quite stop himself from doing just that as they walk together. Tiredness exchanged for protective posturing and defensiveness. That is an easier mask to wear until he doesn't need it anymore.

Hopefully, tomorrow will be better. That is all any of them can ask for. Even if peace is found in different ways for all of them.]
