[He just grunts at Leo assessment, as he leans against the table to keep himself steady. Also Donnie is probably the worst at judging his own health, so any answers he has wouldn't be much better.]

Yeah, well... you're in a horrible place to wait for the resin to harden.

I didn't exactly plan on cracking my shell again. I wanted to kick your ass. [It was not a success, Leo.]

Oh yeah? You did a shitty job of that, Nardo. [Since he is very much having an unkicked ass over here.]

[Ough, his pride-] Things didn't exactly go according to plan considering I broke my damn chest plate and you're dizzy from something you did to yourself. We can both call it even.

Mm... And it's a fever too. [Which he honestly is hoping will work. If not kill the infection, slow it down.

We should probably try to get you someplace better to let that cure.

Omigosh- [He releases a frustrated breath. Awkwardly moving to try and get himself up. It is very awkward since he's trying to not fuck up the resin.] Go sit down somewhere!

I should be saying that to you! [Since he's not the one with a fucking HOLE in his chest.]

Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever- [He is in fact up, shock. Steady on his feet sort of.] I'm going to sit down on a part of the floor that isn't covered in glass and blood.

[... Yeah, know what? He's going to move the chair he had been in over, through the glass and blood, for Leo to sit on. Without a single word, just so Leo doesn't need to move more.]

[The urge to be a petty bitch and stay on the floor is a strong one. Donnie can probably see the thought process on Leos face. He manages to restrain himself. Somehow.

He does slowly sit down on that chair with a tired sigh.]

[Good, that Leo is sitting. Now that that is out of the way?

Donnie is going to get stuff to clean up this damned mess his brother made. Which is probably a bad idea, as he stumbles a little.]

You should probably sit down too, dumdum. [Says the guy who took the only chair in the room.] You're gonna fall over.

I'm fine, someone has to clean up the glass... At least.

[He is sooo going to lean against everything he can to go find a broom or something though.]

The glass can wait until you're not dizzy? [Don't make him get up and do it, damn it.]

If I don't do it now it won't get cleaned up!

[This is a lie, and he has found a broom or something broom-like, and he will return to clean up. He is still leaning heavily and whatever he can though, and he will totally hit Leo if he moves from his seat.]

It can wait five minutes! [He scolds back, trying to stand up now. His legs work just fine, but his fear of the resin breaking is a real fear.]

[That broom is being spun like a bo staff and thwacking Leo's legs to get him to sit down.

It may have been a long time since Donnie has had a staff in had for combat reasons, but he's not forgotten how to use such things.]

You sit, or I'll break your legs so you can't get up.

[Seems like today is just the day for Donnie to threaten violence.]

[The turtle is not prepared for the smack, he loses his balance and just lands hard on that chair. Thankfully, no glass stuck in his pants actually go into his leg.]

I could do so much worse, Leo.

[He's tired, and not feeling great. Having Leo show up and make a mess of everything? Not helping, as he gets to cleaning up the glass, just ignoring the glass stuck in his own clothing and himself for now.]

[Leo manages to restrain a very bitchy comment, just sinking back in the seat with a grump.] If you faint, I'm not picking you up!

[He's lying, he absolutely would.]

[Saying NOTHING, just cleaning up the glass. Which means getting it into a pile out of the way because he doesn't have like, a dust pant to scoop it up and once that is done? Just sitting on the floor, as the fever is hitting him and maybe a little blood loss too.

Not just from the cuts, but because he's been taking so many samples from himself to test beforehand.]

[Leonardo lets the silence hang between them for a long moment, just watching his brother clean. He release a breath at Donnie sitting down on the floor.]

Look, I'm... sorry. I made this mess of your lab. I really shouldn't have. I was just pissed, still am kind of pissed.

This situation sucks.

[He doesn't say anything after Leo says his piece, because he has to think on what to say.]

[The confirmation is a relief. Leo hates that he even had to believe it was possible, that it could be possible for this long.]

You scared him badly enough he didn't even want to tell me, Don. I had to force it out of him. [He says this plainly, very bluntly. He wants Donnie to understand.] He thought you were going to do it. He kept trying to come around to excuse you, but, this is hard to really excuse.
